Dear wordpress i’m here to talk about my refund.
I paid for a business plan on the 04th of August 2023
But then decided to cancel the plan on the 5th of August 2023. On my email its written that I’ll receive a $43.47 refund yet on my credit card message its written that I’ll receive R22.77 and R20.70 which is way below what im supposed to receive. Please check your currency conversion correct and write the correct amount in randsWP.com: Yes

I’ve checked with our payments team and can confirm that the upgrade was made in $USD for the full purchase amount of as you see here: Billing History
- -$20.70 WordPress.com Premium Plan
- -$22.77 Upgrade from Premium to Business Plan
We are not sure why this would be shown in a different currency by your credit card company but it appears they may be adding on a fee on their end for the cost of currency conversion. We are not able to look into this on our end but your bank should be able to confirm and hopefully waive the fees so that you receive the full refund we sent.
