  Hi i have refunded my website but I have yet to recevied the money back from you

  Hi there!

  I just checked our records, and it shows that the refund was successfully issued from our end.

  Note that some banks/card companies will remove the original transaction when a full refund is issued, while others may take a complete billing cycle to reflect the refund. Please contact your bank/card issuer to find out the status of the refund.

  You can provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to your bank if they need to trace the refund:
