    Hi there!

    I understand you’d like to switch your WordPress.com Business plan from triennial billing to annual. We can make the switch and refund the difference; however, did you know that you would be saving a significant amount of money by sticking to the three-year subscription?

    The WordPress.com Business plan costs $300 per year if you pay on a yearly basis. As you know, the three-year subscription cost you $630, which is $270 cheaper than if you were to pay for three years separately (when the total cost over three years would be $300 x 3 = $900).

    So, you’d be saving $270 by paying $630 for three years instead of renewing every year and paying $900 over the same period of time.
