Can someone that’s not a bot please give me some clarity, I would very much appreciate it as automated messages do not help at all and are frankly just a pain. It has been more than 10 days and I have heard nothing I’m deeply frustrated and irritated and I want this fixed, now, some actual input would be appreciated thank you. I’ve been waiting and nothing has come away I have gotten no help just automatic replies from the silly pots which really pissed me off.
I’m so frustrated because I was promised a refund and then I was gaslit into thinking by wordpress that it’s just gonna take 10 days for me to get my refund blah blah blah. However I’ve gotten no help, nothing is reflected in my bank account not even the information that the money could come through or that it would be processed. I expect to get a full update on the situation and I’m shocked by this absolute low and disgusting quality customer service.

There appears to have been an issue on our end where the upgrades were canceled but not correctly refunded in our system. The previous agent that help you was not aware so apologies for any confusion this caused.
