    Hello, on July 26, 2023, I requested a refund for a Premium upgrade purchase on my WordPress.com account. I canceled the upgrade on the same but I haven’t received the refund although i have been waiting for 2 weeks now.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I checked your account and found that you canceled the domain and the WordPress.com Premium plan on August 12, 2023, not on the same day you purchased. By that date, the subscriptions were out of the refund period; that’s why no refunds were issued.
