Hi @dinalakayan, I’ve redacted the transaction information for you as that can be considered sensitive data.
I can see this refund was completed on our side on August 13. Can you check in with your bank or card company to see if they can help you find it on your statements? They may need to check to be sure it has routed properly.

You may need to ask them to double check that, as a refund has definitely been processed there. I can see it’s also been issued via the billing page here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
