You have a wonderful system set up, but for the life of me I can’t find my way around. Therefore I am requesting cancellation of usage of the WordPress blog which I purchased within the past 48 hours. I am applying for the $99.00 refund. Thank you. Raphael Martin, [removed personal information]
I couldn’t find the proper form through which to request this cancellation but I’m sure this will be clear enough. Is there anything you need from me at this point?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Hi Rafael, it looks like your purchase didn’t actually go through, so you don’t need to be issued a refund.
