    refund, if my site is deleted that is okay, it is unclear to me how to do this on the help page but ASAP would be appreciated.

    I see that you’ve canceled your plan, your domain (thingsyouandilove.com), and your Professional Email upgrade.

    A refund for the Professional Email upgrade has been issued. However, I’d like to inform you that the plan and domain were purchased 3 months ago, which places them outside of our 14-day refund window. Thus, I’m unable to provide a refund for those at this time.
