    Hi there, I want to switch over to the business plan month to month but I paid upfront for a basic plan.

    Please could you help me by refunding me and then I purchase the plan or you put me onto the business plan and accredit me the remainder of the money. Thanks

    Hi there!

    I see that you already upgraded to the monthly WordPress.com Business plan from your previous yearly Personal plan. Our system automatically calculates how much you paid and adds upgrade credits so that you can upgrade by paying the difference. So the previous payment was already taken into account when you upgraded. :)

    I’d also like to take this opportunity to learn more about the site you’re creating with us. Would you mind telling us more about your new site?
