  refund – I requested a refund as I’m closing my site and domain. I had not realised the auto renewal was turned on and you took the payment For next year, starting end of Oct. You refunded my £19.50. And there should also have been a £43.20 ‘upgrade fee’ refunded.
  This was pending in my account for two days ut its now come out my account – cab you refund?

  I’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that both upgrades have been refunded. You can verify that by checking your Billing History page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Also, we processed those refunds on the very same day the renewal occured. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

  I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for thoses charges.
