    I submitted a refund for a domain within the 4 day window and it appears I was charged again instead of getting a refund. Is this normal. I know there is a waiting period for the refund.

    Please note that refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. If you’re with a non-US bank, it might take slightly longer.
