    Hello, how can I cancel my plan? I bought it today (annual one year business plan) and tried to cancel but apparently if the button says ‘remove’ instead of cancel, you can’t get a refund and mine says ‘remove’ (after I’ve pressed cancel) which is weird as I thought i’m eligible for a refund as its within 14 days of purchase?
    Would appreciate some help.

    You just have to wait untill a staff member is available to see what’s going on.

    I see that you already canceled the Business plan and chose to keep the domain. As a result, a partial refund was issued (we kept the price of the domain). You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You now own the domain skinnedpotential.com. You can use it with an external host if you wish. However, we’d love to understand what led you to cancel the WordPress.com Business plan, which comes with many advanced hosting features like SSH, SFTP, real-time automatic backups, and more. Would you mind telling us a bit about your site?
