    Hi @naveedipad, I can see this was processed in two separate transactions. The bulk of the charge was reversed, meaning it was removed from your statement for the most part. When you canceled the domain, too, that was refunded separately, not reversed.

    So if you’ll check your statement, you should see the original charge is now just for the $12 domain instead of a $300 plan. And then you’ll have a $12 domain refund that shows up now too. If you need an ARN for the $12 charge so your bank can help you locate it, let us know and we’ll send that your way.
