    Hello. I sent a message regarding a refund for my domain and realized that my email was not setup properly for correspondence. Looking for someone to please reach out to me at my updated email address.

    Hi there,

    Domain name registrations and renewals are refundable, but there’s a specific timeframe for this. A refund is possible if the domain is canceled within 96 hours (4 days) from the time the domain was registered or renewed.

    However, after reviewing your account, it appears that your domain renewal occurred more than 30 days ago. Given this, I regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund as it falls outside of our refund policy window.

    I realize this might not be the news you were hoping for, and I truly wish there were more I could do in this situation. If there’s anything else you need assistance with or any other queries you have, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
