    A refund mostly takes about 10 business days. However banks outside the USA or credit card companies usually need a lot more of time; sometimes up to a month depeding on their billing cyclus.

    As mentioned by @staartmees, it can sometimes take longer than 7 business days for refunds to process. The refund time depends on our payment partners and your financial institution, for more information on when to expect the refund I recommend reaching out to your financial institution directly.

    That said, I checked and can confirm that the refund was successfully issued on our end and is on its way.
