    I don’t see any WordPress.com subscriptions on our end for you to cancel and refund. Your site is hosted by Bluehost, which is a different hosting service company. And you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
