    I requested a refund almost a month ago and haven’t had any correspondence please reply

    I checked your support history (Forums, Email, Live Chat), but I didn’t find any such requests made from your account until this one.

    Just so you know, if you cancel your subscription plan within the refund window, the refund will be issued automatically by the system.

    💡 Refund periods are (as of November 2023):

    • 14 days for annual subscription plans
    • 7 days for monthly subscription plans
    • 4 days for the domain registrations

    💡 In your case, you purchased the annual Business plan on 2023-10-15, stopped the auto-renewal on 2023-11-05, and canceled it on 2023-11-20.

    At the moment of cancelation, your Business plan purchase was 22 days after the refund was possible.
