    hello, i made a purchase but after 2 days on 25th of november i beleive, i cancelled it. how ever i don’t see the refund in my bank account, i was wondering whether i am going to get the money back or not because when i purchased it, it was written 14 days refund gurantee. kindly assist

    Hi there!

    A refund was successfully issued from our end on November 25, 2023. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Your bank/credit card issuer may take 7-10 business days (sometimes longer) to process this on their end. Please get in touch with them after waiting about two weeks if you still don’t see the refund.

    On a separate note, would you mind telling us what led you to cancel your WordPress.com plan? If you still need a website, we’d love to help you build it on WordPress.com. Do you still need a website?
