  I see that you have a Theme subscription that you deactivated today. The time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours for initial domain registrations. All other purchasable annual upgrades like the unlimited theme subscription have a 14-day refund window. The theme subscription was purchased 56 days ago, so we are unable to offer a refund for that subscription. However, we’d be happy to reactivate it for you if you want to continue to use it through its expiration.
