I had previously paid for the starter plan and opted to cancel later within 12 hours, I still havent received my refund. However, if possible I want to restore the purchase and continue with the plan if possible! kindly help.

I just checked our records and found that a full refund has already been issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
If you haven’t received the refund yet and the original payment still appears on your credit card, please contact your bank/card issuer for assistance with this. They will be able to help with the status of the refund.
