  You can’t purchase wordpress.org an sich. If you want to use the open source software wordpress.org, you must buy yourself a domain and hosting, next you must download andd install the wordpress.org software yourself.

  If you don’t see your purchase, you probably used another account. To restore access to the account that made the purchase, you can use the Transaction ID as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
