    I need to request a starter subscription as well as a cancelation of a domain transfer.

    Hi there!

    It looks like the domain is currently being transferred to us. It’s no longer possible to cancel it from our end.

    If you must cancel the transfer, please do so from the current registrar’s end. We can’t stop the transfer, and if the transfer is completed, we won’t be able to issue a refund without canceling the domain.
