    I receive the refund receipt (on wordpress site)yet buy my bank account balance did not hv any change. I wonder how long needed.

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
