    I thought this was a school project thing for free. My mom is mad they keep charging me and I don’t know how to get my money back. I can email you the charges from the bank account. WordPress has been charging me for months and I haven’t even used the sight, or don’t have a need for it. I would love my money back, as I have none to be spending here. Thanks!

    Hi there!

    I see that you canceled the automatic renewal of the domain and the WordPress.com Starter plan, and a refund of the latest payment from January 15, 2024, has already been issued from our end. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Please note that refunds can take 7-10 business days to be processed by banks/credit card companies. So, you may not see the refund immediately on your card/bank.
