    Hello, end of the year came and im getting ready to do my taxes and going over my paperwork and I see that I still haven’t received my refund for canceling the website and it hasn’t been canceled yet. Not sure if I made a mistake or what happen. But can you please help me get my refund for everything I paid? Thank you.

    I do not see any canceled and refunded products on your account. To receive a refund, you need to cancel the related purchase within the refund window. The last purchase on your account was made on 2023-04-07 and is too far outside of the refund window to be eligible for a refund. You can find more information regarding our refund policy here:

    I gusse im glad i went with a differnt company. I cant belive the awful service you provide. This is just ridiculous. I reached out to you for help in creating a website and just got link to watch a video, i reached out to you to cancle this site, and with in few days you relieased my website name thing and never cancled my account. Now i cant even get a hold of a person to help me with this. At first when i paid someone to help me out with my site, he told me that wordpress is not good and go with wix. I was hassent but since i wasnt getting any help for you, i went with wix. Now i dont feel bad for going with them. Your a scam and awful customer service. Ill have to spread the word that your awful customer service. Im not that techie so needed more help and thats the reason i cancled my account. Yes my fault i didnt reach out immediately, but i though you were runing a good company with some morals and when i reach out to cancel the accound i would get my money back. Im really disappointed with you.
