  If the purchase has been made at WordPress.com, you’d have a Transaction ID: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id

  You can use this transaction ID to contact the Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
