  We had started a plan with WordPress, but then found a different server to host it. I went to cancel the plan but it was not there but we were charged for it. Could we get a refund for it?

  If you don’t see that purchases in your account, it means that purchase is connected to another account. You can find out what that charge is all about and ask for a refund at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
