    I don’t see any recent payments on your WordPress.com account to help you with a refund. Also, the site you mentioned is hosted by a different company. If you were charged recently, it is most likely by the current hosting service provider. Please reach out to them for help with canceling the subscription and getting a refund.

    To clarify, we can only help with WordPress.com sites we host. WordPress sites hosted by other companies are called self-hosted WordPress.org sites. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
