  I can help you with that refund, but I wanted to get clarity on the issue you are referencing. So, a blog is a type of website. When you purchased the subscriptions, it could be for your site or your blog, depending on what you decide to set up.
  
  You can add a blog section to your site or keep it just a site without a blog, but either way, the upgrades you purchased don’t necessarily have anything to do with whether or not you created a site or a blog, if that makes sense.
