  I cancels my subscription more than a week ago but still haven’t had my refund

  I’ve checked it, and your subscription was correctly cancelled and refunded on Feb 4, 2024, as you can see here

  Refunds can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund next week, please let us know so we can investigate further.
