    We are unhappy with the app and would like a full refund. I’d like to speak with someone and you don’t offer a phone number either…

    Hi,

    We offer support via live chat or email. We currently don’t have phone support, as our everyday conversations with WordPress.com users require frequent reference to web links, and chat and email make the process a lot easier.

    I checked it, and I don’t see any recent purchases made in the account you are contacting us from (markjrent).
