    Hello I cancelled all domains and websites on Feb 20th, 2024. The refund was supposed to come in 7-10 days. It has been passed that and I was wondering when can I expect the refund?

    Hi there,

    We processed the refund back to you on 2/20 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer – but, with it being two weeks at this point, that is admittedly unusual. Therefore, please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
