I am not seeing a canceled purchase associated with your site. Please see our help guide here for information on refunding a purchase:
WordPress.com is happy to issue refunds for purchases within our refund timeframes. You can cancel most purchases directly from Upgrades → Purchases in your WordPress.com dashboard. How to Get a Refund To refund a purchase: Click on your profile at https://wordpress.com/me.
