    Hey there, I would like to get a refund for my plan and purchases since I will no longer be using wordpress. I tried to refund before but it did not work.

    We processed your refund on the very same day you made your purchase. Due to this, your credit card provider might have treated it as a reversal, which means that the original charges may have been simply removed.

    I recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company to verify if this is the case for that charge.
