  Good Afternoon,

  I have been unsuccessful in canceling a WordPress subscription for one of my sites and was just charges $202 on my Discover card ending in 2157. I do no have access to the wordpress account this charged is associated with because it was a school email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) due to me graduating 2 years ago. If there is a way that this charge can be refunded and cancel that would greatly be appreciated

  I checked the email address you shared but didn’t find any WordPress.com account connected to that. It means your WordPress.com account uses a different email address.

  Since you were charged recently, an easier way might be to locate the transaction ID for this payment to WordPress.com. Please click here to see how to find out the transaction ID on your credit card statement. Once you’ve located the transaction ID, please do not share it here. Instead, use this account recovery form to send it to our team or email it to billingsupport@wordpress.com.
