  It looks like the refund might have been processed as a reversal. Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

  Please check if the original charge still shows up on your card/bank statement. If it does, please contact your bank/card issuer for the status of the refund/reversal.
