Hello
I cancelled my wordpress subscription within the canecellation period and deleted my previous wordpress account.
I haven’t received a cancellation email or the refund.
Please help.

Can you share the site address/email address/domain name (if any) that you registered/created using the other account? Once I have that information, I can look it up on our system to see the status of the refund.
