    Hi. I canceled a WordPress upgrade for my page as of March 11. I have yet to receive a refund of my payment.

    Hi there!

    I checked your account and noticed that a partial refund of $36 was issued from our side on March 12, 2024. The refund was likely processed as a reversal by your card issuer/bank.

    Usually, this means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued. Could you check to see if that’s the case?

    As for the remaining $12, it was kept because you still had an active domain transfer, which would have cost $12. I see that you later canceled the domain transfer, so I just issued a refund of $12. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    As before, the refund may be processed as a reversal, too. Generally speaking, it takes 7-10 business days for banks/credit card issuers to process refunds.
