I would like a refund of the $96 I was just charged.I cannot access my old email anymore – (email visible only to moderators and staff) – so I cannot access an activation key. Also I did not set this up for my authenticator app. It was charged to my Amex and I have the 877 number instead of the transaction ID, but there is no history on PayPal for this. I was just charged the $96 and I must have been charged last year as well. I haven’t used WP in more than 2 years. How do I get my money back?
