I have tried upgrading my free plan to the $48 plan. However, I was met with an error when I clicked purchase and to contact support. I have hit the purchase button on that same page two times and my bank statement shows that I have two purchases of 48$. I cannot refund because there is no billing statement on this website that reflects my bank statement and I have not received an email that relates to my purchases. I expect a refund to both $48 purchases.
