Refund

Hi,
I must have accidentally upgraded this site to ‘Starter’ last week, and I realized it today and cancelled it, and after cancellation I can’t seem to find an option to refund.
This was an annual subscription that was started on April 30, so my understanding is I should have 14 days to refund, which means I should still be eligible.
I did not use any ‘Starter’ features for this site, and in fact the site is totally inactive at this point, I was simply evaluating WordPress as an option at the time and ultimately ended up going a different direction. How can I obtain a refund on this purchase?

Your bank may take 7-10 business days to process this on their end.
