  i am very unhappy with wordpress and i want a refund of my payments. i have struggled to do basic things like make the website footer the same on all pages, and some embedded frames keep breaking for no reason. i am switching to a new provider. please refund me. i know your policy is 14 days which I only missed by a few days, but I’ve been struggling with this for weeks.
  I am also shocked at how hard it is to contact the support team. When I try to open a chat window with a real person, not the AI, the window just disappears so I can’t talk to anyone.

  Embedding frames is only possible on the Creator Plan or higher – https://wordpress.com/support/code/

  A refund is only possible within our refund windows – https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#refund-periods

  I know, I was on the creator plan. Still cant believe that absurd price.

  I’ve paid for a month and only used 17 days. I should at least get a refund for the rest of the month. I’ve read the policy. I don’t like it.

  Obviously I found that. The issue seemed to be a bug because I was using it correctly.
