  I paid $48 for domain, I want to cancel it now, $12 is for transfer domain, but I didn’t provide EEP code, so transfer should not be successful, why I only get $36 refund?

  It looks like the domain transfer was not canceled at first when the refund was requested. I’ve gone ahead and refunded the remaining amount. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing
