Refund

    I opted for refund of my website on 30 May 2024 and also i was emailed that my amount will be refunded in 7-10 days. The refund given date ended on 10 june.
    Please help me in this regard about the delay in refund.

    For banks in the usa a refund can take up to 10 Business days. However Banks and credit card companies outside the usa do need a lot more of time; sometimes up to a month depending on their billing cycle.

    Hi there!

    Take also into account that if the cancelation and refund were done the same day of the purchase, the refund might have been done as a reversal. In that case, the charge is canceled, and instead of seeing a refund, the original charge will be removed on that same date.
