Refund

    We were charged on May 14th for a subscription that I thought had been canceled. I just found it as I was reviewing the May bank statement. I know that we are a little past the cutoff for a refund. An exception would mean the world to me. We are a small nonprofit and $300 is a chunk of change for us.
