  I would like to refund the amount I paid to start my site and my domain name. This is because I didn’t like the way this was set up. I have cancelled this within the period where I am applicable for a refund. Thanks you.

  If so, I noticed that it has been canceled and, since it was within the refund period, the refund has already been processed.

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement. You can expect to receive the money around that time. A copy of the refund receipt is available in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.

  I want a full refund on my yearly payment. I just got charged for it when I thought I had already cancelled it last year. How do I get the full refund and not just the $12 dollars back…?
