  I have been charged for years for this account and never once notified. I want a full refund for this year. I also want you to consider refunding me for the last 5 years, since I have never once received any written communications from you, just these hidden charges. I will be contacting the BBB and letting them know of your shady continued hidden charges. This is so disappointing.

  If and only if those charges are made by wordpress.com to the account you are logged in to, you can see them as described at https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/

  Or you go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to trace those billings and to find out on what account they were made.
