  Hi,

  I registered an account and paid wordpress €96 (excl. VAT) for the account named industronnl.wordpress.com, but decided to use a local web-site developer who uses wordpress to develop my web-site.

  I’m therefor not using your services and would kindly appreciate a refund. 

  Can you oblige please.

  Please note that the refund period is 7 days for the monthly plans, 14 days for yearly plans, and 96 hours for domain names.
