Hello. I cancelled my starter annual subscription, upon doing so I got a message that it was cendelled, but not that I got a refund. I am eligible for one within 14 days of purchase,& I made the purchase earlier today. Please send me my refund, as is my right.

The Ai told me to go tl the biling section & click a refund button but there is no such thing.

Check your account>purchases dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases You should see the purchase there and you can follow this guide to initiate the refund https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/

Oh, okay. Thank you for your assistance. I already did that so I just need to wait it seems. I just found it odd that the popup said it was cancelled, whilst the popup for a domain refund, (free for a year), said I cancelled & got a refund.

I can confirm that you have canceled your recent purchase fully, and a full refund of $48 has been issued already, which you can confirm in https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
The refund is immediate from our side. However, please note that in some cases, your bank can take 7-10 business days to post the funds to your account or statement, depending on how fast they are.
