    I have cancel the plan , why I am not getting the full refund?
    I paid for 324, when I cancel I only get 280.80 refunded. Please check and I would like to ask for fully refund. I tried to migrate the website but I realise the website doesn’t work after migrate. I initially signed up this plan cause I see there is 14 day refund guarantee so I gave it a try. I did not expect to get a charge without 24 hours.as I was trying the migrate website whether it can work.

    I have refunded you the remaining amount since you didn’t end up transferring the domain villettt.kitchen to WordPress.com.

    Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. You will receive it on the same payment method you used for your purchase. Sometimes the refund could be shown as the original purchase being canceled.

    In that case, you should check the bank/card statement for the date of purchase. You can view the refund details here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
